Progetto di Costituzione
Questa sezione riporta la scheda dei lavori preparatori del Progetto di Costituzione, che si articola in dieci parti. La Parte I, denominata Documenti, elenca i riferimenti alle Relazioni e Proposte presentate nelle Sottocommissioni, ripartite per singola Sottocommissione, nonché i riferimenti al testo del Progetto di Costituzione e alla relativa Relazione e al testo della Costituzione del 27 dicembre 1947. Le parti successive, dalla II alla VIII, contengono gli estremi delle sedute in cui il Progetto è stato esaminato, ripartite per organo (Sottocommissioni, Commissione e Assemblea plenaria) e per fase del procedimento. Le ultime due parti, la IX e la X, sono dedicate a rappresentare il raffronto tra gli articoli del Progetto e i corrispondenti articoli della Costituzione del 27 Dicembre 1947 e viceversa, con l'indicazione delle relative date di discussione in Assemblea plenaria. Tutti i testi citati possono essere immediatamente consultati.
