135. - (1) All select committees having power to send for persons, papers and records shall have power to publish the names of persons who have appeared as witnesses before them, and to authorise the publication by the witnesses concerned or otherwise of memoranda of evidence submitted by them.

(2) The Speaker shall have power to authorise such publication in the case of any such select committee which is no longer in existence.

135. - (1) Tutte le select committee che abbiano potere di convocare persone e richiedere materiali e documenti avranno potere di pubblicare i nomi di persone comparse come testimoni innanzi ad esse, e di autorizzare la pubblicazione da parte dei testimoni interessati o in altro modo di memorie scritte da essi presentate.

(2) Lo Speaker avrà potere di autorizzare tale pubblicazione nel caso di una tale select committee non più esistente.
