112. - (1) The chairman of the Northern Ireland Grand Committee may permit a Minister of the Crown, whether or not a Member of the House, to make a statement, of which prior notice has been given to him, on a matter relating to Northern Ireland, and to answer questions thereon put by members of the committee.

(2) Ministerial statements may be made-

(a) at the commencement of a sitting; or

(b) if questions are taken, immediately after the conclusion of proceedings thereon; or

(c) if short debates are held, immediately after the conclusion of those proceedings.

(3) Proceedings under this order shall be brought to a conclusion at the discretion of the chairman.

(4) A Minister of the Crown making a statement under paragraph (1) of this order, who is not a Member of the House, may not do so from the body of the committee; and shall not vote, make any motion or be counted in the quorum.

112. - (1) Il presidente della Gran Commissione per l’Irlanda del Nord può consentire ad un Ministro della Corona, che sia o no Membro della Camera, di fare una dichiarazione, di cui gli sia stata data previa comunicazione, su di una materia riguardante l’Irlanda del Nord e di rispondere a domande poste in merito dai membri della commissione.

(2) Dichiarazioni ministeriali possono essere fatte

(a) all’inizio di una seduta; o

(b) se sia previsto lo svolgimento di interrogazioni, subito dopo la conclusione dei relativi lavori; o

(c) se si tengano discussioni brevi, subito dopo la conclusione di quei lavori.

(3) I lavori ai sensi del presente order saranno conclusi a discrezione del presidente.

(4) Un Ministro della Corona che faccia una dichiarazione ai sensi del paragrafo (1) del presente order, che non sia Membro della Camera, non può farlo dai banchi della commissione; e non avrà diritto di voto, né di presentare alcuna mozione né sarà computato ai fini del numero legale.
