107. - (1) A motion may be made by a Minister of the Crown at the commencement of public business to the effect that a specified matter or matters relating exclusively to Wales be referred to the Welsh Grand Committee for its consideration, and the question thereon shall be put forthwith.

(2) If such a motion be agreed to, the committee shall consider the matter or matters referred to it and shall report only that it has considered the said matter or matters.

107. - (1) Una mozione può essere presentata da un Ministro della Corona all’inizio dell’attività di interesse pubblico affinché una specifica materia o materie riguardanti esclusivamente il Galles sia rinviata alla Gran Commissione Gallese per il suo esame, e la relativa questione sarà posta immediatamente.

(2) Qualora una tale mozione venga approvata, la commissione procederà all’esame della materia o delle materie ad essa rinviate e riferirà solo di aver esaminato detta materia o dette materie.
