65. - All committees to which bills may be committed or referred for consideration on report shall have power to make such amendments therein as they shall think fit, provided they be relevant to the subject matter of the bill: but if any such amendments shall not be within the long title of the bill, they shall amend the long title accordingly, and report the same specially to the House.

65. - Tutte le commissioni cui i progetti di legge possono essere assegnati o rinviati per l’esame nella fase della relazione avranno potere di apportarvi gli emendamenti che ritengano opportuni, a condizione che siano pertinenti alla materia oggetto del progetto di legge: ma se qualcuno di tali emendamenti non rientri nell’ambito definito dal titolo per esteso del progetto di legge, esse dovranno apportare a questo le necessarie modifiche e riferirne appositamente alla Camera.
