56. - When a motion shall have been made for the second reading of a Consolidated Fund or an Appropriation Bill, the question thereon shall be put forthwith, no order shall be made for the committal of the bill and the question for third reading shall be put forthwith; and the said questions may be decided at any hour, though opposed.

56. - Quando sia stata presentata una mozione per la seconda lettura di un Consolidated Fund Bill o di un Appropriation Bill, la relativa questione sarà posta immediatamente, non sarà approvato alcun order per l’assegnazione del progetto di legge e la questione per la terza lettura sarà posta immediatamente; dette questioni possono essere decise a qualunque ora, sebbene vi sia opposizione.
