36. - (1) After a question has been proposed a Member rising in his place may claim to move, “That the question be now put,” and, unless it shall appear to the chair that such motion is an abuse of the rules of the House, or an infringement of the rights of the minority, the question “That the question be now put,” shall be put forthwith.

(2) When a question “That the question be now put” has been decided in the affirmative, and the question consequent thereon has been decided, a Member may claim that any further question be put which may be requisite to bring to a decision any question already proposed from the chair, and if the assent of the chair, as aforesaid, be not withheld, any question so claimed shall be put forthwith.

(3) This order shall apply in committee only when the Chairman of Ways and Means or either Deputy Chairman is in the chair.

36. - (1) Dopo che una questione sia stata proposta, un Membro alzandosi in piedi dal suo posto può chiedere di proporre “Che la questione sia posta adesso” e, a meno che la presidenza non ritenga che tale mozione configuri una violazione delle norme della Camera o contravvenga ai diritti della minoranza, la questione “Che la questione sia posta adesso” sarà posta immediatamente.

(2) Quando una questione “Che la questione sia posta adesso” sia stata approvata e sia stata decisa la questione posta subito dopo, un Membro può richiedere che sia posta qualunque ulteriore questione necessaria a condurre ad una decisione qualunque questione già proposta dalla presidenza e, se il consenso della presidenza non viene negato per le ragioni suddette, qualunque questione così richiesta sarà posta immediatamente.

(3) Il presente order si applicherà in sede di Commissione dell’intera Camera solo quando alla presidenza vi sia il Chairman of Ways and Means o uno dei suoi Vice.
