29. - (1) When a Member is in the course of making a motion or moving an amendment at any stage of proceedings on a bill, a Member rising in his place may claim to move, “That the question be now proposed”, and, unless it shall appear to the chair that such motion is an abuse of the rules of the House, the question, “That the question be now proposed”, shall be put forthwith.

(2) This order shall apply in committee only when the Chairman of Ways and Means or either Deputy Chairman is in the chair.

29. - (1) Quando un Membro stia illustrando la presentazione di una mozione o la proposta di un emendamento in qualunque fase dei lavori su di un progetto di legge, un Membro alzandosi in piedi dal suo posto può chiedere di proporre “Che la questione venga adesso proposta” e, a meno che la Presidenza non reputi che tale mozione configuri una violazione delle norme della Camera, la questione “Che la questione venga adesso proposta” sarà posta immediatamente.

(2) Il presente order si applicherà in sede di commissione solo quando alla presidenza vi sia il Chairman of Ways and Means o uno dei suoi Vice.
