ARTICOLO 1 DEL DISEGNO DI LEGGE NEL TESTO DELLA COMMISSIONE IDENTICO A QUELLO APPROVATO DAL SENATO

Art. 1.

1. Il Presidente della Repubblica è autorizzato a ratificare l'Accordo tra il Ministero della difesa della Repubblica italiana ed il Ministero della difesa della Repubblica di Bulgaria per la collaborazione bilaterale nel settore della difesa, fatto a Roma l'11 luglio 1995.
